DHL Germany Standard Shipping: € 10.00

DHL European Union Standard Shipping: € 20.00

DHL Rest of the world Standard Shipping: € 55.00

Orders outside of europe and exceeding a value of 1000 euro must be declared by us at customs. Here we charge a customs fee of 75 euro. This amount will be invoiced by Elaetmoi after the order has been placed.

Unfortunately the shipping to the United Kingdom is not possible due to Brexit at the moment.

Shipping to Switzerland is also currently not possible.

DELIVERY PERIODS

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3-7 working days,

for deliveries abroad within 10-30 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

In the event of a (temporary) stockout, we will notify you via email regarding product availability or anticipated delivery times. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by force majeure, traffic disruptions, governmental actions, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

VERSAND UND ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

Die Lieferung der Ware erfolgt weltweit.  nach Vereinbarung ist auch eine Abholung in 06268 Ziegelroda oder 06295 Bornstedt möglich.

Versandkosten (inklusive gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer):

DHL Deutschland Standard Shipping: € 10.00

DHL Europa Standard Shipping: € 20.00

DHL Rest der Welt Standard Shippin: € 50.00

Bestellung ausserhalb von Europa und einen Wert von 1000 Euro überschreiten müssen von uns beim Zoll angemeldet werden. Hier berechnen wir eine Aufwandspauschale der Zollkosten von 75 euro. Dieser Betrag wird nach der Bestellung  von elaetmoi in Rechnung gestellt.

Leider ist der Versand aufgrund des Brexit in das Vereinigte Königreich im moment nicht möglich. Auch in Versand in die Schweiz ist aktuell nicht möglich.

LIEFERFRISTEN

Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware im Inland (Deutschland) innerhalb von 3-7 Werktagen,

bei Auslandslieferungen innerhalb von 10-30 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss. Beachten Sie, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen keine Zustellung erfolgt.

Sollte ein Artikel kurzfristig nicht verfügbar sein, informieren wir per E-Mail über die Lieferbarkeit oder die zu erwartende Lieferzeit. Bei Lieferverzögerungen, wie beispielsweise durch höhere Gewalt, Verkehrsstörungen und Verfügungen von hoher Hand, sowie sonstige von uns nicht zu vertretende Ereignisse, kann kein Schadensersatzanspruch gegen uns erhoben werden.
